SHREWS Ltd is actively involved with a number of partners identifying sites for future developments, both in the UK and overseas.
We are interested to speak to land owners or waste management companies over the structuring of joint ventures to bring together the constituent parts for a project:
- Land on which is suitable for the development of an energy from waste plant - namely minimum of 1.5ha, proximity to a local sub-station for power off take, local outlet if possible for the heat, good access for motor traffic, zoned for industrial use
- Waste stream which is secure (the projects are very flexible in size)
- Technology provider
- Funders for the projects
Through the joint venture route projects can be developed quickly and offer a promising return to all parties.
